Locked weeks explain themselvesWeb

A banner shows when a week, or part of one, is locked, with the cutoff date and a reminder to ask a team admin for changes.

No more dead-end buttonsWeb

Row delete only appears where there are hours on open days, and "Add project row" is hidden when the whole week is locked. On a partly locked week, the confirmation says locked-day hours are kept.

Clearing a row reports errorsWeb

If the server rejects clearing a timesheet row, you now see the error instead of the row quietly reloading.

The lock covers the whole run dayPro

With auto-lock set to Friday 8 pm, running timers stop at 8 pm and all of Friday is locked, so members can’t add Friday time afterwards. Team settings show exactly when the next lock runs and that it closes that day. Admins can still make corrections.

Stop always stopsWebiOS & Android

In rare cases, a description save racing the Stop button could restart a timer that looked stopped. Edits and stops no longer overwrite each other.

Lock dates use your team’s time zoneWeb

Settings and reports could show a lock date one day early. They now use the team time zone, and show the time whenever the lock isn’t at midnight.

Auto-round at end of dayWeb

An opt-in personal setting. At 11:30 pm team time, NovaClock rounds each project’s entries for the day to 15 minutes, using the same rounding as the Round button, then emails you a before-and-after summary. Projects with a running timer, locked entries or a locked project are left alone, and every change shows as "Auto-round" in the entry’s edit history.

Confirmations that look like NovaClockWeb

Browser pop-ups for confirmations and prompts are replaced with in-app dialogs that work with the keyboard and focus Cancel first on destructive actions. They also can’t be silenced by the browser’s "don’t show more dialogs" option, which could skip a confirmation.

New workspaces are walked through seven steps: workspace, use case, first client, first project, inviting the team, getting the apps and starting the first timer. Freelancers see the invite step later. You can re-run it any time from your account.

Admins can lock a project from the Projects page. It disappears from the tracker, timesheet, dashboard and mobile pickers so no new time is booked on it, but stays in reports. A timer that was already running can still be stopped.

Saved reports keep your datesWeb

A saved report now remembers its layout, grouping, filters, sort and rounding, but not the date range, so loading it keeps the period you’re already looking at.
